Challenge

Alleviate long wait times for campus bus system and quickly shuttle students to on-campus locations where it’s difficult for buses to get.

Strategy

Gotcha Ride created the “War Eagle Express,” operating three different fixed routes to/from dorms, dining halls, and other on-campus destinations. Vehicles operate seven days a week, including during football games and other major events.

Success

The service averages 2500 passengers per month. In addition to the War Eagle bike share system (also operated by Gotcha), students appreciate having multiple easy and fun ways to get around campus.
